PRAXIDENT A4 ist eine modulare, lokal installierte Zahnarztsoftware der h&k GbR, die sämtliche Praxisprozesse von der Patientenverwaltung über die Abrechnung bis zur Dokumentenarchivierung abdeckt. Sie bietet Funktionen wie elektronische Terminplanung, integrierte Textverarbeitung, Wartezimmermanagement und umfassende Schnittstellen zu Röntgensystemen, Abrechnungszentren und der Telematikinfrastruktur (TI). Die Software ist mehrplatzfähig, individuell anpassbar und eignet sich für Einzelpraxen, Berufsausübungsgemeinschaften (ÜBAG) sowie Kieferorthopädiepraxen. Eine Cloud-Version ist nicht verfügbar; stattdessen wird eine klassische Windows-Installation ab Windows 10 empfohlen.
