Three lines, three price lists, one account. You book each line separately and combine them the way your practice works. Below is where each line starts and what it costs as you grow into it.

The whole suite, explained simply.
Do I have to take all three lines?
No. Each line is booked and billed on its own. Most practices start with one and add a second when they need it.
Is there a discount for taking several lines?
There is no published suite price. If you are introducing several lines together, we will look at it with you.
Why does Radiology have two prices?
Because they are two products for two roles. Cloud PACS is your own archive in the Unomed cloud, billed monthly. Radiology Bridge is for providers who keep their own PACS: an institute imaging for a practice that runs Unomed PACS connects its existing system and sends straight into that archive. Billed per study or as a flat annual fee. Each is available separately, and many institutes use both.
Why is Flows billed by usage when the others are not?
Because Flows does work rather than providing space or access. An archive costs the same whether you look at it or not; a run only exists once it runs. So Flows is billed per finished run, with an allowance in the base price and a spending cap you set yourself.
What does Connect actually cost?
Connect Basic is free forever, for teams of up to 25 people. Beyond that size, or once the shared storage runs out, Pro costs CHF 5 per user per month.
Do I need an interface to my practice management system?
No. Unomed runs in the system you already use. Where your PIS offers an integration we use it; it is not a requirement.
How does billing work?
Monthly, by credit card or Twint. Bridge Pro and Enterprise customers can bill annually and by invoice on request.
Where is my data stored?
In certified Swiss data centres, encrypted and compliant with the Swiss FADP and the GDPR. That holds for all three lines.
