Cloud PACS is your own archive in the Unomed cloud. Radiology Bridge connects a PACS you already run, so your studies land in the Unomed PACS of the practices you work for. Both are open to practices, clinics and institutes, separately or together.

Pricing & plans, explained simply.
Is there a free version of the PACS?
No. The smallest plan is PACS Lite at CHF 19 per month, with no activation fee and cancellable monthly. What is permanently free is Unomed Connect Basic — the messenger for sharing studies and documents, not the PACS.
Can I cancel or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Every paid subscription can be cancelled or changed on a monthly basis.
How is billing handled (monthly/yearly)?
We bill every subscription monthly. Enterprise customers can be billed yearly on request.
Can I book individual add-on modules?
Yes. Add-on modules can be activated individually. No Pro subscription is required for that.
What happens when I reach a limit in the Basic plan?
If you reach your storage limit in the Basic plan, for example, we get in touch with you. You can then either delete files or move to a larger plan. The same applies to the plan's other limits.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit card, Twint, and invoice for Enterprise customers on request.
How is data protection (FADP/GDPR) handled?
All data is processed exclusively in Switzerland, end-to-end encrypted and FADP compliant.
Where is my data stored?
In certified Swiss data centres.
Is there support if I have questions or problems?
The help centre is open to everyone. Guaranteed response times and an hour quota come from a support package, bought once and valid across every Unomed product. Without a package we bill support by the time it takes.
