Is Connect Basic really free forever?
Yes. Basic is permanently free, with no hidden costs and no trial period.
Does every team member pay the Pro price?
Yes. Pro is billed per user, at CHF 5 a month.
What happens when we reach 25 team members or fill the storage?
We get in touch. You can then delete files or move to Pro. The same applies to the other limits of the Basic plan.
I work on my own. Do I need a team?
No. Single users get the same two tiers at the same price. Basic then comes with 200 MB of your own cloud storage instead of the shared team storage, and Pro includes video calls with colleagues.
Can I add modules individually?
Yes. Modules can be activated individually, and no Pro subscription is required for that. Video consultation with patients is one such module; video calls among colleagues are already part of Pro.
Is support included?
The help centre is open to everyone. Guaranteed response times and an hour quota come from a support package, bought once and valid across every Unomed product. Without a package we bill support by the time it takes.
Can I cancel or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Every paid plan can be cancelled or changed monthly.
How is it billed?
Monthly. Enterprise customers can be billed annually on request.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Credit card, Twint, and invoice for Enterprise on request.
Where is my data stored?
In certified Swiss data centres, encrypted and compliant with the Swiss FADP and the GDPR.
