What would it cost you?
Estimate how many cases pass through your hands each month, and how long one of them takes by hand today. The calculator finds the matching plan and puts the price next to the time you spend on it now.
A model calculation, not an offer. Basis: an MPA full cost rate of CHF 45 an hour, our own assumption based on customary salary bands. How long a case takes at your practice, and how many of them map onto a run, depends on your workflows.
The unit
One finished run, one price
Unomed bills in the unit you already count. A practice knows how many referrals arrive each week. Nobody knows how many tokens are in one, and nobody should have to.
When a run counts
- When it has completed and puts a result in front of you for approval.
- Exactly once, whether it has two steps or ten. A thoroughly built run costs no more than a thin one.
- Also when you reject the result. The work was done, and the log shows you what went wrong.
- Test runs while you build. Trying, rearranging and trying again costs nothing.
- Runs that abort or fail. What does not finish is not invoiced.
- Triggers where there turns out to be nothing to do.
You set the ceiling
Every account has a spending cap, the free one included. Once it is reached the runs stop and we get in touch. No invoice goes above your ceiling, not by accident and not in the month when everything arrives at once.
Why we do not bill by token
Tokens are our cost, not your benefit. Passing them on hands our supplier risk to your practice: every new model would move your invoice without anything having changed for you. Here the price per run stays put, and which model runs underneath is our problem.

Usage-based billing, explained simply.
What exactly is a run?
A trigger and the steps that follow it. When a referral arrives, then read the PDF, create the patient and confirm receipt to the referrer: that is one run and counts as one. Whether it holds three steps or ten makes no difference to the price.
Does a long run cost more than a short one?
No. We bill per finished run, not per step and not per character. Anything else would penalise exactly what we want: thoroughly built runs that carry a task all the way through.
What happens if we go past the included volume?
On Praxis and Klinik it keeps running and each further run costs the stated rate. That rate is no higher than the plan's blended price, so a strong month is not punished. Start has no allowance to exceed: after the one trial run it is Praxis or nothing.
Can we set a ceiling?
Yes, and it is in every plan. You enter a spending cap; once it is reached the runs stop and we get in touch. Nothing above it is billed.
Does a run count if we reject its result?
Yes. The work was done and is in front of you, even if you do not take it. What does not count is test runs while building, and runs that abort or fail.
Does unused volume roll over?
No, it expires at the end of the month. It is not carried into the next month's allowance.
Why do you not bill by token?
Because tokens are our cost, not your benefit. You can count and budget runs; you cannot do that with tokens. And when we change the model underneath, your invoice should not move.
Is our data used to train models?
No. In no plan. Your data is processed to run your workflows and for nothing else.
Do we need an interface to our practice management system?
No. Flows runs in the system you already use. Where your PIS offers an integration we use it; it is not a requirement.
Can we cancel monthly?
Yes. Every plan can be cancelled or changed monthly, with no minimum term and no activation fee.
