Doctolib Siilo ist ein kostenloser und sicherer Messenger für den medizinischen Bereich. Die intuitive Benutzeroberfläche und das speziell für das Gesundheitswesen entwickelte Design machen es zu einem weit verbreiteten Messenger. Es gibt auch eine Version für Organisationen. Die Kosten sind auf der Homepage nicht ersichtlich. Doctolib Siilo ist in Deutschland und den Niederlanden verbreitet. Die Verbreitung in der Schweiz ist jedoch gering. Die Muttergesellschaft Doctolib wird von verschiedenen Seiten aus Datenschutzgründen kritisiert. Zudem werden die TI-Messenger Spezifikationen der Gematik bisher nicht unterstützt. Es bleibt abzuwarten, ob die fehlende Interoperabilität zu einem Problem wird.
