Ich habe Elexis Open source, bin mein eigener Supporter. Integrationen gut möglich als plugins zu vergleichsweise sehr günstigen Preisen, eigene Ergänzungen auch möglich. Interface/Fenster/Perspektiven von User praktisch frei konfigurierbar
