What is the Unomed software comparison portal?
The comparison portal offers a neutral overview of software solutions in healthcare. It helps practices, clinics and health centres find the solution that fits their needs, from practice software to PACS.
Why does the Unomed software comparison portal exist at all?
The market for medical software is varied but often hard to survey. Many practices do not know which solutions suit their needs best. With the comparison portal, Unomed aims to bring transparency to this complex market — independently, understandably and grounded in practice. That way physicians, clinics and IT managers can make well-founded decisions.
How are the software solutions selected?
We try to cover as many of the relevant solutions on the Swiss market as we can. The selection is made independently and rests on publicly available information as well as feedback from users and vendors.
How are the software solutions rated?
The ratings rest on genuine feedback from customers who use the software in day-to-day practice. In addition, Unomed can award selected solutions an “Approved by Unomed” label when they are particularly convincing in important areas such as data protection, interoperability and usability.
Is the portal free to use?
